There are several possibilities regarding problems when trying to redeem your refill with your provider:

  • Your provider's refill platform is temporarily unavailable due to a technical problem. This problem is usually resolved within a few hours, please try again later.
  • You have accidentally entered a wrong or incomplete code. Please check your entry and try again
  • You have purchased a refill code from a provider which is not compatible with your provider. Please check if you have purchased credit from the same provider as the provider that provided your with your SIM card.

If, after having checked all solutions above your still having issues with your refill, we advise you to contact your provider's  customer service. Your provider's customer support representatives can help you figure out the issue using the refill code and serial number. They'll usually be able to resolve the issue right away or fix it manually.
