If you've received multiple refills after placing your order, you cannot return or exchange them. As we are not able to check whether the refill has been used we cannot allow returns.


Tip: You can sell/give your refill code to someone else or buy a separate SIM card from the chosen provider. This will allow you to make use of the purchased top-up. Please note that your phone must be simlock free if you want to use an array of providers & SIM cards. Usually refills are valid for up to 1.5 years after the date of purchase (this depends on the terms of use defined by the providers).

If you have not received your refill after payment don't hesitate to contact our customer service. They will check your order status and aim help you by arranging a re-deliver or refund of your order.
