wrong or to a non-existent email address.
- Perhaps the e-mail containing your refill was marked as spam in your inbox. Please check your spam folder.
You do not automatically receive the refill code by text. You can opt to receive the refill before you place your order and enter your mobile phone number.
Requested the code by text, but haven't received anything?
- Make sure you've entered the correct mobile number.
- Text delivery might be delayed due to provider performance issues.
We will always send your refill code to the email address you provided when placing your order.
