Sporadically, your payment might be made but you haven't received a refill code. Reasons behind this issue may vary::
- The payment has
not been credited to our account yet. This is probably caused by the banks' internal processing time (1 to 3 working days).
- Due to a
technical error, we have not yet received notification that the payment has
been credited to our account.
- The order number/reference was not cited (correctly/in full) as the payment reference
- The amount
received does not match the total cost of your order.
Please send us a proof of payment so we can redeliver your order; either opt for a scan of the deduction from your bank statement or, if you're using online banking, simply send us a screenshot.
We will then cross check your proof of payment with our accounts and immediately send you an email with your top-up code if your payment has indeed been processed.
